Milldle School (7-8)

Middle School is meant to be a bridge between the self-contained elementary class and the departmentalized high school. Our middle school provides a more personal environment where students can develop the academic and social skills necessary to excel in high school. The Middle School program includes a computer lab that provides our students with technology classes that teach computer literacy, general computer knowledge and word processing skills.

High School (9-12)

High school is an important transition from childhood to the beginnings of adulthood and, ultimately, independence.  By the time they graduate, most students have their driver's license, and many are employed.  High school not only offers students the structure of academic classes but the experiences where students can develop a variety of competencies and gain the confidence to use them.

So why is WCHS the right high school for you?

We offer:

A Distinctively Christian Environment:

Devotion to educating our students with a Christian perspective based on Biblical principles.  A caring and committed Christian faculty, and a values based Christian education where Christ is honored and academic success is the goal of every student.

Solid Academics:

With three different curriculum tracks to offer, we can tailor a program for your student's current needs and his or her college and career goals.

Relationships:

Friendships last a lifetime with peers, teachers and mentors from the broader WCHS community.

Accessibility to a Wide Range of Experiences:

At WCHS, we are large enough to offer a well rounded CIF program of athletic competition, fine arts, performing arts, student leadership, and social activities - yet small enough for students to be able to participate in multiple areas of interest.

Woodland Christian High School offers three different curriculum tracks to tailor a program specifically for your student's current needs, and his/her college and career goals.

Scholars Diploma

The requirements for this option are consistent with the admissions requirements for the University of California and the most competitive private colleges and universities. This track is designed for advanced students who seek an academic challenge. It will include Honors and AP course (English, History, Biology, etc.), advanced classes (Pre-Calculus, calculus, physics, etc.)

College Prep Diploma

Graduation requirements for this option will meet admission requirements at most public and private universities including University of California and California State Universities.

High School Diploma

Completion of a basic high school program meets all state-established guidelines. This option is designed for students who plan to attend junior college, trade school, or begin working directly after completing high school. All three options require a total of at least 240 credits for graduation. Our college and career counselor will assist you in determining the requirements for the particular option that is most appropriate for your student's needs and goals.
