Background and Coaching Experience:

Coach Pannell is currently in his 14th year as a Sacramento Fire Fighter and Paramedic.  He has two daughters at the West St. campus and is serving his first year as an assistant coach at WCHS.  Pannell played Wide Receiver and Tight End at Azusa Pacific and competed up until this past year on the Sacramento Fire Football team.  He will be calling the offensive plays and working with the Receivers this season.  His wife Sharon was the Varsity Girls Basketball coach last season at WCHS and the two have a great heart for helping young people grow spiritually, mentally and socially through athletics.
