I am a Future College Graduate
“I’ve been a cardinal since 1st grade–so for 12 years now. I love robotics here. I am a determined person, I love to problem-solve, and I love math, which is why robotics is awesome.
I also love band. I actually got to be the first class in the new band here with Mr. Winstead, playing the baritone saxophone. I also love the drumline.
When I graduate from Woodland Christian, I am going to attend Oklahoma Christian University or Texas-Letourneau University. I have been accepted to both. I hope to continue the hobbies and passions I developed while at Woodland Christian in college. I plan to study computer science, specifically game development and coding.
I have learned a lot while at Woodland Christian, specifically in my band and robotics classes. I have really grown in my leadership skills, as I am the designated team leader of the robotics class. My teachers have also been amazing here; I really feel like I can talk to any of them about anything. They also really care about us and our success.” -Owen Plamondon, Class of 2025
