Parent Sites:
Each school, PS-HS, has their own parent site with school-specific documents and updates. These Google websites are updated weekly by each school’s principal, so it is good to get in the habit of checking these sites at the beginning of each week. Check them out below!
WCS App:

Checking Grades:
Parents of students in Kindergarten through 12th grade can easily stay connected to their child’s academic progress through our student information system, FACTS.
To get started:
Enter our District Code: wood-ca (not case sensitive).
Click “Create Account” and follow the instructions in the email from FACTS.
We encourage parents to check grades weekly—this helps you stay informed about missing assignments and gives you a clear picture of how your student is doing academically.

Log in at EZ School Apps.
First time? Click “Forgot Password?”, enter your email, and follow the email instructions to set your password.
Do not click “Sign-up Today!” — your account already exists.
Select your student from the drop-down list at the top of the page.
View campus menu
Click “Menu” (left side) to view or print the full monthly menu.
Place your order
Return to the “Purchase Preorder” page and follow the prompts.
Print a personalized menu for each student that shows only the meals you’ve ordered.
Weekly Email Updates:
Every Monday afternoon, our Administrator, Mr. Hargadon, sends a Weekly Update with important news, reminders, and helpful links. You’ll find the same information on each school’s Parent Site, but the email is a great way to stay up to date—so keep an eye on your inbox!
