Applications are processed through our third-party provider, FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition).
Please note: Even if you’ve received aid in the past, a new application is required for each academic year. Please come back to this page at the end of January for the application for the 26-27 school year. They will be due March 15th, 2026.

At Woodland Christian School, parents are a vital part of our community. We rely on volunteer support—from classroom help to the front office—to make our programs thrive. Each family completes a set number of volunteer hours each year (see the campus requirements below). Please log your hours in your FACTS (RenWeb) account. New to FACTS? Watch our quick how-to video to set up your account and start logging time. You will want to be sure to use the email address on your child's registration paperwork. Hours are tallied and families are billed for any unserved hours at the end of each year. Thank you for serving our students!

No. Each year, simply complete the online updates (medical form and handbook acknowledgment) by March 1. Your account will be automatically charged the $155 re-registration fee on March 1.
-
Continuous Enrollment is an "opt-out" process. In other words, once you have registered at WCS, you will always be registered. If you want to withdraw your student, complete the “Intent to Withdraw” Form before February 18th, 2026 for the following school year. This will prevent you being charged the non-refundable, $155 registration fee.

-
Extra curricular costs can be found using this link. They will change each year. An opportunity to sign up for extra curricular activities will be provided each year during our annual continuous enrollment process. Camp is a special opportunity for students to learn, build new friendships, and grow spiritually. While we strongly encourage participation, attendance is not mandatory.
For middle school and high school students—and for 4th grade students plus one parent—camp fees are already included in your annual tuition and fees. If your student will not be attending, please notify the business office at 530-665-6615 as soon as possible.
