WCS Athletics
Woodland Christian School offers a wide variety of athletic opportunities for our students (elementary through 12th grade). Most of our high school teams play in Division V (San Joaquin Section). This is because of our school size and not because of ability. We are able to compete at a high level against teams from all over the area (regardless of division). We are proud of all our teams and their many accomplishments.
One notable difference in our athletic programs is our approach to athletics in general. We strive to win and build a competitive attitude, but we do not promote a win-at-all-cost mentality. Great life lessons are learned by playing sports that will help students with their jobs, families, and future aspirations. Our staff will not only teach the sport, but they will also invest in the life of each player. We strive to represent Christ in all that we do and use athletic opportunities to support our mission.
